The Foundation
In 1994, a small brokerage firm called Financial Analyst took shape with a single focus: build systems that improve efficiency in financial markets. What began as brokerage infrastructure grew into a global enterprise of over 2,000 employees — expanding over the years to include private equity investments in online businesses at both early and late stages, all within what is now a large, integrated investment group.
